We were (seven of us) in town from Baltimore, Md and D C to vacation for a few days. We celebrated a good Friend's birthday on July 16th 2024. The ambience was lively and had a bright atmosphere. We were greeted immediately upon our arrival. The food and birthday wishes to my Friend were warm and heartfelt. Special shout out to Zaineb, who was a phenomenal waitress. WOULD DEFINITELY come back.

This restaurant is so pretty! It's bright and lively. I feel in love the moment I walked in. The menu is HUGE maybe too many choices. A more crafted menu that maybe changes would work better. My Sugar Factory burger was cooked to perfection. The drinks were amazing. I had the mimosa flight and I enjoyed all three of my choices. The service was top tier Gregory went above and beyond making it a great experience.

Fantastic meal - great food and service in a venue with nice appealing ambiance seated immediately on arrival as we checked into our reservation , a great way to start of the dining experience , our server who was very well trained gave us some great recommendations on the menu . started of with the Miami tropical punch goblet , served table side did not disappoint for the main course i got the grilled ribeye 12 oz which came with herb mayo and charred lemon and a side of grilled asparagus , best steak i had in a long time everything was cooked to perfection strawberry cheesecake overload for desert was perfect the New York cheesecake chunks were very fresh and delicious perfect way to end our meal . from the server to the managers and the chef at this location , truly outstanding .

We had such an amazing time! The fish bowl drinks were so fun and good! The manager, Sydney, was great. I recommend the banana split waffles and you have to try the drinks!

My friend was dying to go here for her bday. I had never heard of it so I started to read up on this place. It had terrible reviews so I tried to talk her out of it. She insisted we go, so we did. First let me say this restaurant is an experience and it's not for everyone. It's super cute and decorated in a very fun way. The music is loud and it's mostly hip hop and rap so if that is not your thing then maybe don't go there. The waitstaff will break into a dance at any moment for certain songs and they are amazing and fun to watch. This may mean your server will have to stop what they are doing and go dance, so you might have to wait a little longer for whatever you wanted. It's all part of the experience. We were there about 2 hours. If you're in a hurry to get somewhere after dining at Sugar Factory this restaurant is not for you. The meal will take a long time. These servers are dancing and serving and working their butts off. The menu is huge. They have something for everyone. The food is very basic. You're not here for a culinary delight. You're here for the show and the experience. If that bothers you this restaurant is not for you. I got a burger and fries. It was nothing special. It was edible and I was fine with that. My bubbling drink with the dry ice was fantastic! It was pretty, delicious, and fun! The giant bowl of ice cream we got was soooo delicious. Next time I would just get a drink and a dessert. The bathrooms were disgusting and that I cannot put a positive spin on. There are no excuses for a bathroom being that dirty in a restaurant. All I can say is this place is a lot of fun with tons of energy and positive vibes. I loved it. I will be back, but I can see how it's not everyone's cup of tea.

Sugar Factory was the perfect "date" spot for a girls lunch sweet 16 birthday! We had reservations- and we were treated like royalty. Our server, Onas, was amazing! He was prompt, friendly, and made the birthday girl's day very special. We opted for some fish bowl cocktails- over the top amazing. Of course we needed some French fries to cut that sugar buzz, followed by the fireworks ice cream served to the birthday girl & friends. We will definitely be back! Remember you are paying for an "experience" and not just dessert. Bring your A game, dress to impress, and bring your black card!
